On January 11, 2023, Hexa Software Solutions signed an agreement with the Palestinian NGO Development Center (NDC) to develop the third phase of the digital system for the Emergency Social Assistance Project in Gaza. The signing ceremony took place at NDC’s headquarters in Gaza.

The project, funded by the World Bank, aims to deliver essential social services, create short-term employment opportunities, and promote online freelancing for the most vulnerable communities in Gaza.

As a non-profit organization, NDC plays a vital role in empowering Palestinian NGOs to provide high-quality services, particularly to marginalized groups. By offering financial and technical support, NDC strengthens the self-reliance and sustainability of civil society organizations, while also contributing to private sector development through research, policy support, and partnerships.
