Hexa Launches the “Cash for Service” Platform to Support NGOs and Beneficiaries in the Emergency Social Assistance Project Funded by the World Bank

Hexa Information Technology provided technical support to NGOs participating in the “Cash for Service (C4S)” Project, by delivering training on how to use the digital system developed by Hexa for the NGO Development Center (NDC), funded by the World Bank.

 

Shortly after the training sessions, the platform was officially launched via c4s-wb.ndcprojects.com, serving as a digital gateway for NGOs and beneficiaries to manage temporary employment and social service delivery with transparency and efficiency.

 

The project is part of the Emergency Social Assistance Program in Gaza, funded by the World Bank and implemented by NDC, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Planning, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Labor, and Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Empowerment.

 

As part of the program, applications for temporary employment were opened under the “Cash for Service” component, offering 6-month contracts with a monthly salary of USD 550. The available positions include:

Psychologist

Social Worker

Senior Educational Animator

Occupational Therapist

Physiotherapist

Speech Therapist

Arabic Language Teacher

Basic Education Teacher

English Language Teacher

Mathematics Teacher

Special Education Teacher

Case Manager

Behavioral Therapist

Psychological Counselor

Animator

Psychiatrist
